WHY IS MY PARCEL MISSING ITEMS?

The delivery note in your parcel will detail all the items that should be included in it. Your order may sometimes be sent in more than one parcel. Sometimes we'll split your order into a number of different packages so that we can take advantage of the items in stock at different locations. Regardless of the number of deliveries you receive, you'll only be charged once for delivery. If an item is listed on the packing slip that isn't in the parcel, please contact customer service here.
